The seized domains include nsw2u.com, nswdl.com, game-2u.com, bigngame.com, ps4pkg.com, ps4pkg.net, and mgnetu.com. These sites now display an official FBI seizure banner, confirming the action was executed under a warrant from the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. International support came from the Dutch Fiscal Information and Investigation Service (FIOD).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to investigators, between February 28 and May 28, 2025, the sites recorded over 3.2 million downloads, causing an estimated $170 million loss to the gaming industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nintendo has not yet issued an official statement, but the company is known for its aggressive anti-piracy stance. Recently, it took legal action against the developers of the Yuzu emulator and imposed hardware bans on unauthorized devices for its Switch 2 console.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
