From heroic feats to drunken brawls, here\u2019s what the numbers say about the state of the game \u2014 and its players \u2014 in 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"modding-madness-265-million-downloads-and-counting\">Modding Madness: 265 Million Downloads and Counting<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Let\u2019s start with the big one: 265 million mod downloads across all platforms. With over 8,500 mods uploaded, BG3 has become one of the most creatively modded RPGs around \u2014 and that\u2019s before official mod support fully rolls out with Patch 7. She\u2019s followed by Wyll (1.4M) and Gale (684K).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And speaking of Wyll: 598 players adopted a child with him. That\u2019s either adorable or terrifying. Or both.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"subclass-respec-shenanigans-gale-goes-dragon-astarion-goes-hexblade\">Subclass Respec Shenanigans: Gale Goes Dragon, Astarion Goes Hexblade<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gale gets respec\u2019d into Draconic Bloodline Sorcerer the most.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Karlach is a fan favorite for Vengeance Paladin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wyll?
