The countdown is on — Opening Night Live takes place on August 19, 2025, at 6 PM CET, and Geoff Keighley just fueled the excitement with a brand-new hype trailer.

The one-minute reel teases some of the heavy hitters already confirmed for the show, including Resident Evil Requiem, Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, Ghost of Yotei, Ninja Gaiden 4, Silent Hill f, and more.

That’s not all:

• The team behind the Fallout TV series will share fresh details about Season 2.
• A live performance will feature music from Clair Obscur: Expedition 33.
• And of course, fans can expect world premieres and surprise announcements, a trademark of Keighley’s shows.

As always, the trailer was cut together by Keighley himself, who will host the ceremony live from Cologne.
